Eirik Hestad
Eirik Hestad (born 26 June 1995) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder who plays for Molde. Club career In 2012, he dominated for Molde 2 in the 2. divisjon, and made his first-team debut on 25 October 2012 in a Europa League group stage match against Steaua București. He also played internationally for Norway boys-17. He made his Eliteserien debut in September 2013 in a 1–1 draw against Haugesund. On 30 April 2019, Hestad signed a two-year contract extension that ties him to Molde until the end of the 2021 season. On 5 May 2019, Hestad got his 100th appearance in Eliteserien in Molde's 2–1 win away to Haugesund. On 9 January 2022, Pafos announced the signing of Hestad on a free transfer after his Molde contract had expired. On 13 June 2023, Pafos announced that Hestad had left the club. Molde Fotballklubb () is a professional football club based in Molde, Norway, that competes in Eliteserien, the top flight of Norwegian football. Founded on 19 June 1911, the club was originally known as International and changed its name to Molde in 1915. Molde are five-time league champions (2011, 2012, 2014, 2019 & 2022) and five-time Norwegian Cup winners (1994, 2005, 2013, 2014 and 2021), and have finished second in the league a further nine times. 2013 Molde FK Season
The 2013 season was Molde's sixth consecutive year in Tippeligaen, and their 37th season in the top flight of Norwegian football. It was Ole Gunnar Solskjær's third season as the club's manager. Molde were the defending champions in Tippeligaen, but lost their first four matches in the league and collected six points in the first ten games. The team did however turn the bad form, and finished the season in sixth place. The team won the 2013 Norwegian Football Cup, after defeating their main rivals Rosenborg 4–2 in the final. In Europe, Molde entered the UEFA Champions League in the second qualifying round, where they defeated Sligo Rovers. In the next round, the team was eliminated by Legia Warszawa on away goals. Eliteserien () is a Norwegian professional league for association football clubs. At the top of the Norwegian football league system, it is the country's primary football competition. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Norwegian First Division. The Cypriot First Division ( el, Πρωτάθλημα Α΄ Κατηγορίας) is the top tier football league competition in Cyprus, run by the Cyprus Football Association. Since February 2016, it is sponsored by Cyta and is thus officially known as the Cyta Championship. The league is contested by 14 teams and runs from August to May, with the three lowest-placed teams being relegated to the Cypriot Second Division, and replaced by the top three teams in that division. 2021 Eliteserien
The 2021 Eliteserien was the 77th completed season of top-tier football in Norway. This was fifth season of Eliteserien as rebranding from Tippeligaen. The season was originally scheduled to begin on 5 April and end on 27 November 2021, not including play-off matches. 2020 Eliteserien
The 2020 Eliteserien was the 76th season of top-tier football in Norway. This was fourth season of Eliteserien as rebranding from Tippeligaen. The season was scheduled to begin on 4 April, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Norway the opening games of the season were delayed, first until 2 May, then further delayed until 23 May. The 2019 season was Molde's 12th consecutive year in Eliteserien, and their 43rd season in the top flight of Norwegian football. The 2017 season was Molde's tenth consecutive year in the top flight which from the beginning of this season is known as Eliteserien, and their 41st season in the top flight of Norwegian football.
