Einar Sigmundstad
Einar Sigmundstad (born 6 September 1952) is a Norwegian football manager and educator. Playing career Hailing from Tau, he played for Midtbygdens IL before joining regional greats Viking FK. At the same time, he attended Stavanger Cathedral School, followed by a time as a naval officer at Madla naval camp. Viking was the dominant team in Norway from 1972, and Sigmundstad only managed to play a single game. After that he moved to Oslo where he played for SFK Lyn from 1973 to 1976. In 1977 he joined IF Ready on a lower tier, but prioritized coaching over playing. Managing career Sigmundstad enrolled at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences in 1973, graduated in 1975 and was subsequently employed. In 1976 he took over for Andreas Morisbak as co-head of the school's football education together with Egil Olsen. He was also a volleyball coach for the school team. Tau, Norway
Tau is a village in Strand, Norway, Strand municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The village is located on the shore of the Horgefjorden, a branch of the main Boknafjorden. Knut Torbjørn Eggen
Knut Torbjørn Eggen (1 November 1960 – 20 February 2012) was a Norway, Norwegian association football, football coach and player, famous for his time in Rosenborg BK, Rosenborg as a player, and Moss FK, Moss and Fredrikstad FK, Fredrikstad as a coach. He was the son of Norway's most successful football coach, Nils Arne Eggen. Playing career Eggen was born on 1 November 1960 in Orkdal, to football player Nils Arne Eggen and Karin Pauline Eggen (1940–2011), as the first of three children. He began his youth career in the local club Orkdal IL, before moving on to Rosenborg BK, Rosenborg in 1978, where his father was the head coach. He won the league three times and the Norwegian Football Cup, Norwegian Cup two times with Rosenborg, where he spent his entire professional career until he retired in 1991, aged 31. Ola By Rise (born 14 November 1960) is a Norwegian football coach and former player. He played 18 seasons and 346 matches in the Norwegian top division. Career In his career as an active player, he was the goalkeeper of Rosenborg BK in Trondheim. From 1977 to 1995 he played 346 matches for Rosenborg in the Norwegian top league, which was a national record at the time he retired and until By Rise was surpassed by former teammate Roar Strand. As of January 2013, By Rise ranks 5th in this respect. He was capped 25 times for the Norwegian national team, and was in the Norwegian squad for the 1994 World Cup. Egil Roger Olsen (born 22 April 1942), nicknamed Drillo, is a Norwegian football manager and former footballer. He is best known as a highly successful manager of the Norway national football team. He has since been manager of the Iraq national football team, his departure from which caused considerable attention. In January 2009, he made a comeback as manager for the Norway national team. Andreas Morisbak
Andreas Morisbak (born 19 May 1940) is a Norwegian former football player and manager. A defender and midfielder, he notable played for FK Lyn in the 1960s. He is the father of the footballer Sven Morisbak Career Morisbak was born in Vefsn, and moved with his family to Børsa as a young child. He played for the clubs Børsa and Orkanger IF, before moving to Oslo where he played for FK Lyn from 1960 to 1971. He played 221 matches and scored five goals for Lyn. He captained the team that won the Double in 1968. Morisbak was capped three times for Norway national team in 1968 and 1969. Ski- og Fotballklubben Lyn (lit. "Ski and Football Club Lightning") is a Norwegian alliance sports club from Nordre Aker, Oslo. It has two sections; for association football and Nordic skiing.
