Berlin S-Bahn
The Berlin S-Bahn () is a rapid transit railway system in and around Berlin, the capital city of Germany. It has been in operation under this name since December 1930, having been previously called the special tariff area ''Berliner Stadt-, Ring- und Vorortbahnen'' (Berlin city, orbital, and suburban railways). It complements the Berlin U-Bahn and is the link to many outer-Berlin areas, such as Berlin Brandenburg Airport. As such, the Berlin S-Bahn blends elements of a commuter rail service and a rapid transit system. Sonja Ziemann
Sonja Alice Selma Toni Ziemann (; 8 February 1926 – 17 February 2020) was a German film and television actress. In the 1950s, she was among Germany's most prominent actresses, awarded the 1950 Bambi for appearing, together with Rudolf Prack, in '' Schwarzwaldmädel''. From the 1960s, she turned to more serious acting in international films such as ''The Secret Ways''. She played in several anti-war films such as ''Strafbataillon 999''. She also appeared on stage and in television. Career Ziemann took dance education with Tatjana Gsovsky. Beginning in 1941, she performed in operettas and revues. Glienicke/Nordbahn
Glienicke/Nordbahn is a municipality in the Oberhavel district, in Brandenburg, Germany. It is located right north of Berlin. Situation Glienicke/Nordbahn is located on the northern outskirts of Berlin. The addition "Nordbahn" (Northern Railway) is based on the proximity to the 19th century-built railway line Berlin-Stralsund, the Prussian Northern Railway. The town is bordered to the south and west by the district Reinickendorf of Berlin (localities Frohnau, Hermsdorf (Berlin) and Lübars) and Schönfließ, Mühlenbecker Land. Between 1961 and 1990 was situated at the eastern border of the Berlin Wall. The village is a typical Angerdorf (meadow) of the Mark Brandenburg. Dahme-Spreewald
Dahme-Spreewald ( dsb, Wokrejs Damna-Błota) is a district in Brandenburg, Germany. It is bounded by (from the east and clockwise) the districts of Oder-Spree, Spree-Neiße, Oberspreewald-Lausitz, Elbe-Elster and Teltow-Fläming, and by the city of Berlin. History The Spreewald region has always been a centre of Sorbian culture. In medieval times the cities of Lübben and Luckau had successively been capitals of the margravate of Lower Lusatia. From 1815 on Lower Lusatia was a part of Prussia. Throughout the 19th century the region remained an agriculturally used area, some urbanisation taking place in the very north (close to Berlin) only.
