Egon Terzetta
Egon Terzetta (Bulgarian: Егон Терцета) (2 July 1899 – 16 August 1964) was an Italian footballer who played for SK Ticha and SC Vladislav from Varna, Bulgaria. Terzetta was born in Valona, Ottoman Empire, modern-day Albania, into a family of old Venetian descent. At age 9, Egon was sent to the Military Academy of Vienna (Militar Oberrealschule – Marburg), where he graduated at 18. He followed in his father's footsteps, becoming a shipping agent. Due to his work he traveled to many Mediterranean and Black Sea ports. Terzetta finally settled in the Black Sea port city of Varna, Bulgaria. Here he demonstrated his football talent, initially playing for SK Ticha. After a rift within membership, Terzetta joined Boris Stavrev, Andrej Ivanov, and Petar Hristov on a new team, Sport Club Vladislav, which formed from the splitting of Sport Club Granit. Vlorë
Vlorë ( , ; sq-definite, Vlora) is the third most populous city of the Republic of Albania and seat of Vlorë County and Vlorë Municipality. Bulgarian Cup
The Bulgarian Cup ( bg, Купа на България, Kupa na Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian annual football competition. It is the country's main cup competition and all officially registered Bulgarian football teams take part in it. The tournament's format is ''single-elimination'', with all matches being one-legged, except the semi-finals. The competition's winner gets the right to take part in the UEFA Europa Conference League. If the winner has already secured a place through the Bulgarian A Professional Football Group, the team that has come ''fourth'' in the championship substitutes it. The competition has been dominated by Sofia-based teams. The Sofia teams have won together a total number of 65 titles. Monumental Cemetery Of Staglieno
The Cimitero monumentale di Staglieno is an extensive monumental cemetery located on a hillside in the district of Staglieno of Genoa, Italy, famous for its monumental sculpture. Covering an area of more than a square kilometre, it is one of the largest cemeteries in Europe. History The design of the cemetery of the City of Genoa dates back to Napoleon's ''Edict of Saint-Cloud'' from 1804, when he forbade burials in churches and towns. The original project was approved in 1835 by the City's architect Carlo Barabino (1768–1835). However, he died the same year as a result of the cholera epidemic that struck the city and the project passed to his assistant and pupil (1798–1871). Part of the south-eastern hillside of Staglieno was acquired for the cemetery. White Russian émigrés were Russians who emigrated from the territory of the former Russian Empire in the wake of the Russian Revolution (1917) and Russian Civil War (1917–1923), and who were in opposition to the revolutionary Bolshevik communist Russian political climate. Many white Russian émigrés participated in the White movement or supported it, although the term is often broadly applied to anyone who may have left the country due to the change in regimes.
