Dice Kayek is a Paris-based high fashion brand founded by the Turkish sisters Ece and Ayşe Ege in 1992. Ece Ege is the creative director of the brand and Ayşe Ege is the manager of the company. Otto Ege
Otto F. Ege (1888–1951) was a teacher, lecturer, bookseller, and well-known book-breaker. He worked for many years at the Cleveland Institute of Art where he served as Chair of the Department of Teacher Training, instructor of Lettering, Layout, and Typography, and Dean. He was also employed by the School of Library Science at Case Western Reserve University as a lecturer on the History of the Book, and instructor of History and Art of the Book. Otto Ege's greatest fame, however, came as a result of his book-breaking. Over a period of decades in the early 20th century, Ege systematically removed the pages of some 50 illuminated medieval manuscripts, and divided them into 40 unique compilation boxes, commonly referred to as " Otto Ege Portfolios". Julie Ege (; 12 November 1943 – 29 April 2008) was a Norwegian actress and model, who appeared in many British films of the 1960s and 1970s. Early life Ege was born in Sandnes, the daughter of brickyard worker Marton Ege and Hjørdis Halvorsen. At the age of 15, she began to work as a model. Hettie Belle Ege
Hettie Belle Ege (March 31, 1861 – November 19, 1942) was an American professor of mathematics. From 1914 to 1916, she was the acting president of Mills College. Early life Ege was born in Erie, Illinois on March 31, 1861, the daughter of Joseph Arthur Ege and his second wife, Catherine Rebecca Reisch Ege. Her parents were both from Pennsylvania; her father died the year she was born, and her mother remarried in 1869. She attended Western College in Oxford, Ohio, graduating in 1886; she later graduated from Mills College in 1903, with further studies at the University of Chicago, the University of Munich, and the University of California. Career Ege taught school in Ohio and Colorado as a young woman. From 1895 to 1930, she was a professor of mathematics and Dean of Women at Mills College. George Ege (March 9, 1748December 14, 1829) was a United States Congressman, elected to the House of Representatives from Pennsylvania. Biography He was born in Germantown in the Province of Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia, to Anna Catherine (Holz) and George-Michael Ege, who had immigrated from Germany in 1738. George's father participated in the French and Indian War, subsequently had health problems, and died in 1759, when George was just 11 years old. Didem Ege (born 31 May 1988) is a Turkish volleyball player. She is 173 cm tall and plays as libero. She plays for Turkish professional club Fenerbahçe Universal. She started her professional career with Enka Spor where she played for 2 years, then transferred to Eczacıbaşı Vitra where she played for 5 years.
