Egan (Paiute)
Egan (died 1878) is the American name given to Pony Blanket. Pony Blanket was a Northern Paiute leader in the Oregon Country in the 19th century. Early life Pony Blanket, known to American settlers as Egan, was born to a Cayuse family and did not know his birth mother.Ontko, Gale. Thunder Over the Ochoco, Volume IV: Rain of Tears. Egan Adams (born June 15, 1959) is a former professional tennis player from the United States. Biography Adams, a native of Miami, went to Archbishop Curley-Notre Dame High School, before competing professionally in the 1980s. His best result on the Grand Prix circuit was reaching the doubles final of the 1982 Quito Open, with Rocky Royer. In 1982 he also made his first US Open main draw appearance, a first round loss to Mark Edmondson, as well as the quarter-finals in Brazil, his best singles performance in a Grand Prix tournament. At the 1985 French Open he featured in both the singles and men's doubles event. He lost to Andrei Chesnokov in the opening round of the singles and in the doubles he and partner Stanislav Birner had to face second seeds Ken Flach and Robert Seguso. Egan Arley Bernal Gómez (born 13 January 1997) is a Colombian cyclist who rides for UCI WorldTeam . In 2019 he won the Tour de France, becoming the first Latin American rider to do so, and the youngest winner since 1909. At the 2021 Giro d'Italia, Bernal took his second Grand Tour win. Egan Butcher (born 8 May 2000) is a professional rugby league footballer who plays as a er or for the Sydney Roosters in the National Rugby League (NRL). Background Egan Butcher played his junior rugby league for South Eastern Seagulls in the South Sydney District Junior Rugby Football League competition. Egan Chambers
Egan Chambers (March 22, 1921 – May 5, 1994) was a Canadian politician. Born in Montreal, Quebec, he was educated at Selwyn House School and Bishop's College School. He was elected to the House of Commons of Canada in the 1958 federal election in the riding of St. Lawrence—St. George. A Progressive Conservative, he was defeated in 1962. He also ran unsuccessfully in the 1953, 1957, 1965 elections and a 1954 by-election. From 1959 to 1961 and in 1962, he was the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministers of National Defence George Pearkes and Douglas Harkness. He was the husband of Gretta Chambers and brother-in-law of Charles Taylor. He is buried in Mount Royal Cemetery in Montreal. Egan Kirk Walker (born November 21, 1961, in Independence, Missouri) is an American lawyer and judge from Nevada. He is a judge in the General Jurisdiction of the Nevada District Courts, Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada. He was appointed to this role by Brian Sandoval, Governor Brian Sandoval on December 20, 2017. Prior to this appointment he had served in the family division of the same court for nine years.
