Edward Lindsey
Edward Harman "Ed" Lindsey, Jr. (born December 5, 1958) is an attorney and former member of the Georgia House of Representatives. He represented the 54th district which covered parts of Fulton County, and the Republican Party. Lindsey served as the House Majority Whip. Previously, he served as the Chair of the House Appropriations Sub Committee on Education from 2009 to 2010. He unsuccessfully ran for the in 2014. Later that year, he stepped down from his state house seat to join a special committee to solve Georgia's transportation issues. Early life, education, and professional career Lindsey was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Northside High School in Atlanta, Georgia. John Phillip Gingrey (born July 10, 1942) is an American physician and former politician who served as a U.S. Representative for from 2003 to 2015. He is a member of the Republican Party (GOP).
