Edward Kizza
Edward Kizza (born 17 December 1998) is a Ugandan professional footballer who plays as a forward for Pittsburgh Riverhounds in the USL Championship. Career Born in Kampala, Kizza moved to the United States with his parents when he was 14. He spent his first year of high school at Carlisle School before joining the Montverde Academy near Orlando, Florida. With Montverde, Kizza was part of the SIMA program and was ranked as the 41st ranked player nationally by topdrawersoccer coming out of his senior season. On 17 March 2017, Kizza committed to playing college soccer with the Pittsburgh Panthers, despite looking at offers from the Clemson Tigers and Wake Forest Demon Deacons. 2021 Major League Soccer Season
The 2021 Major League Soccer season was the 26th season of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top professional soccer league in the United States and Canada. The 2021 season included the addition of Austin FC as an expansion club, which took the league to 27 teams. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the season was originally scheduled to begin on April 3, as opposed to the normal late February or early March start. Jay Vidovich is the head coach of the University of Pittsburgh men's soccer team. He is the former coach of the Portland Timbers 2 of USL Pro and formerly served as Wake Forest University's head soccer coach from 1994–2014, posting a 225–87–31 record during that span, including a 60–7–4 mark from 2012 through 2014.
