Eduardo Molina Metro Station
Eduardo Molina metro station is a Mexico City Metro station within the limits of Gustavo A. Madero and Venustiano Carranza, in Mexico City. It is an at-grade station with one island platform, served by Line 5 (the Yellow Line), between Consulado and Aragón stations. Eduardo Molina station serves the ''colonias'' (neighborhoods) of 20 de Noviembre and Malinche. Consulado Metro Station
Consulado metro station is a transfer station of the Mexico City Metro in Gustavo A. Madero and Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City. It is a combined elevated and at-grade station, along Lines 4 (the Aqua Line) and 5 (the Yellow Line). Consulado is located between Bondojito and Canal del Norte stations on Line 4, and between Valle Gómez and Eduardo Molina stations on Line 5. It serves the '' colonias'' of 7 de Noviembre, 20 de Noviembre, Felipe Ángeles, and Mártires de Río Blanco. The station is named after the Consulado River, which runs below Río Consulado Avenue, and its pictogram depicts a water duct, representing the ducted part of the river. The Mexico City Metrobús (former official name Sistema de Corredores de Transporte Público de Pasajeros del Distrito Federal), simply known as Metrobús, is a bus rapid transit (BRT) system that has served Mexico City since line 1 opened on 19 June 2005. Chapultepec
Chapultepec, more commonly called the "Bosque de Chapultepec" (Chapultepec Forest) in Mexico City, is one of the largest city parks in Mexico, measuring in total just over 686 hectares (1,695 acres). Centered on a rock formation called Chapultepec Hill, one of the park's main functions is as an ecological space in Greater Mexico City. Diego María de la Concepción Juan Nepomuceno Estanislao de la Rivera y Barrientos Acosta y Rodríguez, known as Diego Rivera (; December 8, 1886 – November 24, 1957), was a prominent Mexican painter. His large frescoes helped establish the mural movement in Mexican and international art. Water Scarcity In Mexico
The extent of water scarcity in Mexico is so serious that the Federal government of Mexico, government released an advertising campaign titled "February 2010: The City May Run Out of Water". With an ever-increasing demand and an increasingly limited supply, certain cities in Mexico risk being void of water. There may be other major global metropolises (e.g. Los Angeles) that have invested more effort and money than Mexico City to bring in water from afar. Mexico City's hydrological paradox is that (unlike Los Angeles) it gets more than enough rain to, in theory, keep the 21 million people who live in and around it adequately supplied with water. Its average annual precipitation is about twice that of Los Angeles, and even exceeds that of famously damp London.
