Eduardo Hernández Moncada
Eduardo Hernández Moncada (September 24, 1899 – December 31, 1995) was a Mexican composer, pianist, and conductor. He is one of the essential musicians representative of the Nationalist Movement of the Post-Revolutionary years in Mexico. His music strives for a balance between modern influence and folk roots. His compositions include orchestral music, opera, ballet and film scores. Biography Born in Xalapa, Veracruz, son of a clarinetist. Hernández Moncada started piano lessons at an early age and at 19 moved to Mexico City to enter the National Conservatory. While still in school, he was hired to provide piano accompaniment to silent films playing at a local movie theater. In 1925 he married Teresa de Anda, an opera singer. While working in the movie theater, he met Carlos Chávez, and they began a long friendship. Eduardo Hernández-Sonseca Lorenzo (born 21 June 1983) is a Spanish professional basketball player who plays for Basket Navarra of the LEB Plata. Professional career Hernández-Sonseca starts his career in the reserve team of Baloncesto, and he played with the whites until 2007, when he leaves the club for playing with DKV Joventut. After spending three seasons in Badalona, he continued playing at several clubs of the Liga ACB. The Mad Caddies (or the Caddies) are a ska punk band from Solvang, California, United States. The band formed in 1995 and has released seven full-length albums, one live album, and two Extended play, EPs. To date, Mad Caddies have sold over 500,000 albums worldwide. The Mad Caddies sound has influences from broad ranging genres including ska (especially ska 3rd wave), punk rock, hardcore punk, reggae, dixieland jazz, Latin music, polka, even cowpunk ("Crew Cut Chuck") and sea shanties ("Weird Beard").
