Eduard Mochalov is a former businessman from Russia who survived corporate raid on his business and took the path of a ″crusading journalist″, bringing to light numerous facts of corruption among local officials. Biography His eccentric behaviour and performances brought him fame both on local and national level. Russian journalists often refer to him as ″Navalny of Chuvashia″. Sabantuy
Sabantuy is a Tatar, Idel-Uralian, Bashkir and Kazakh ('Sabantoy') summer festival, that dates back to the Volga Bulgarian epoch. At first Sabantuy was a festival of farmers in rural areas, but it later became a national holiday and now is widely celebrated in the cities. In 2012, Kazan Sabantuy was celebrated on June 23. Nomenclature Tatar-speakers call the holiday ''Sabantuy'' (Сабантуй, ), or, more correctly, Saban tuyı (Сабан туе, ) - plural form: ''Sabantuylar'' . Lower Court
A lower court or inferior court is a court from which an appeal may be taken, usually referring to courts other than supreme court. In relation to an appeal from one court to another, the lower court is the court whose decision is being reviewed, which may be the original trial court or some of appellate court lower in rank than the supreme court which is hearing the appeal. In other words, lower courts are 'lower' in hierarchical chain of appellate procedure than other higher appellate courts. Usually it is obligation of a lower court to follow the decision of higher appellate court, even in civil law countries where precedents have no binding power. Chuvash ( , ; , , ) is a Turkic language spoken in European Russia, primarily in the Chuvash Republic and adjacent areas. It is the only surviving member of the Oghur branch of Turkic languages, one of the two principal branches of the Turkic family.
