Edmilson Junior
Edmilson Junior Paulo da Silva (born 19 August 1994), commonly known as Edmilson, is a Belgian footballer who plays as a winger for Qatari club Al-Duhail. Career On 22 August 2012, Edmilson made his debut for Sint-Truiden in the Belgian Second Division as an 81st-minute substitute in the 3–1 win over KV Oostende. His first goal for the club came later that year in November, during the Belgian Cup tie against KVC Westerlo which ended 5–5. Sint-Truiden won the tie on penalties. On 6 January 2016, after making 87 appearances and scoring 9 goals for Sint-Truiden, Edmilson left to rejoin former club Standard Liège where he made a reunion with former Sint-Truiden manager Yannick Ferrera. He signed a three-year contract. On 17 March 2018 he played as Standard Liège beat Genk 1–0 in extra time to win the 2018 Belgian Cup Final and qualify for the UEFA Europa League. The 2015–16 season of the Belgian Pro League (also known as ''Jupiler Pro League'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 113th season of top-tier football in Belgium. It started in the last week of July 2015 and finished in May 2016. Gent were the defending champions. This was the last season under the "Pro League" name; a reorganisation of the Belgian professional leagues followed the season, with the top league to be known from 2016–17 forward as "First Division A". Emir of Qatar Cup ( ar, كأس أمير قطر), also known as the Emir Cup, but changed to Amir Cup starting in 2019, is an association football tournament played every season by 18 first and second division teams. The most successful is Al Sadd who won the tournament 18 times. Emir of Qatar Cup was played for the first time in 1972, and was won by Al Ahli. History Al Ahli SC won the first ever Emir of Qatar Cup, defeating Al-Rayyan SC 6-1 under the leadership of Sudanese coach Mohammed Kheiri. Qatari Sheikh Jassim Cup
The Sheikh Jassim Cup ( ar, كأس الشيخ جاسم) is an annual men's super cup competition in Football in Qatar, Qatari football held between the winner of the Qatar Stars League and the Emir of Qatar Cup. History The inaugural Sheikh Jassim Cup was held in 1977. Prior to the 2014 Sheikh Jassim Cup, all 18 Qatari football clubs competed in the cup. AFC Champions League
The AFC Champions League (abbreviated as ACL) is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation, and contested by Asia's top-division football clubs. Contested by 12 teams, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Qatari Second Division (QSD). Seasons of the QSL usually run from September to April. The Belgian Super Cup ( nl, Belgische Supercup, ; french: Supercoupe de Belgique; german: Belgischer Fußball-Super Cup), ''Pro League Supercup'', is a Belgian club competition played as a single match between the Belgian First Division A champions (also received the Super Cup host) and the Belgian Cup winners. If both teams are the same, the Belgian Cup runners-up participates as the second club.
