Edin Terzić (other)
Edin Terzić (; born 30 October 1982) is a German-Croatian professional football coach and former player, who was most recently the head coach of German Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund. After a playing career as a forward in the lower leagues of German football, Terzić worked as a scout and youth assistant coach at Borussia Dortmund. Following spells as an assistant to Slaven Bilić, he obtained a UEFA Pro Licence in 2018. He returned to Dortmund as head coach in 2020, winning the DFB-Pokal in 2021 and reaching the UEFA Champions League final in 2024. Early years and personal life Terzić was born in 30 October 1982 in Menden, West Germany, to a working-class family that immigrated from Yugoslavia. The Croatian nationality law dates back from June 26, 1991, with amendments on May 8, 1992, October 28, 2011, and January 1, 2020, and an interpretation of the Constitutional Court in 1993. Osijek () is the fourth-largest city in Croatia, with a population of 96,848 in 2021.
