"Spider-Verse" is a 2014 in comics, 2014–2015 in comics, 15 comic book storyline published by Marvel Comics. It features multiple alternative versions of Spider-Man, alternative versions of Spider-Man that had appeared Spider-Man in other media, in various media, all under attack by Morlun and his family, Inheritors (comics), the Inheritors. The event was touted as including every single living spider-powered individual created up to that point, while also introducing many new ones. There were several notable exceptions however, such as the Spider-Man from the television series ''The Spectacular Spider-Man (TV series), The Spectacular Spider-Man'' unable to appear due to copyright restrictions. The Amazing Spider-Man
''The Amazing Spider-Man'' is an ongoing American comic book series featuring the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man as its main protagonist. Being in the Earth 616, mainstream continuity of the franchise, it began publication in 1963 as a bimonthly periodical (as ''Amazing Fantasy'' had been), quickly being increased to monthly, and was published continuously, with a brief interruption in 1995, until its second volume with a new numbering order in 1999. In 2003, the series reverted to the numbering order of the first volume. The title has occasionally been published biweekly, and was published three times a month from 2008 to 2010. Cam Smith is a British comic book artist and inker known to British comic book readers for his work on '' 2000 AD'' and in the American comic book market for his collaborations with Gary Frank, inking that would earn him an Eisner Award nomination. Biography Smith started out at Marvel UK providing the art for a number of stories, something he would continue to do over the years, moving over to '' 2000 AD''. However, he got his big break inking the pencils of fellow British artist Gary Frank on the ''Motormouth'' title, that would be renamed ''Motormouth and Killpower''. Morlun () is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by J. The Inheritors are a supervillain group which appears in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The family of Morlun, they typically are enemies of Spider-Man and the iterations of him.
