Edgar García (born February 26, 1995) is a Mexican mixed martial artist. Edgar resides in Calgary, Alberta Canada. At the age of 19 he served with the Canadian Armed Forces until his release at the age of 23. Mixed martial arts career WEC García made his WEC debut on January 25, 2009, facing Hiromitsu Miura at WEC 38. García, being the underdog coming into the fight, managed to knockout Miura out little over a minute into the first round. Edgar García (1 January 1960 – 21 November 2020) more commonly known as ''El Dandy'', was a Colombian bullfighter. Born in Zarzal, Colombia, he took the alternative on 22 January 1995 in the bullring of Manizales, Colombia being godfather and witness . He confirmed the alternative on 29 December 2002 in Plaza de Toros México from the hands of Mexican bullfighter as godfather and Jorge Mora as his witness. Édgar Alberto García (born September 20, 1987) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher who is currently a free agent. Career Philadelphia Phillies He began his career in 2005 at 17 years old in the Philadelphia Phillies system, remaining there until 2010, reaching as high as the Double-A Reading Phillies in 2008. He played 2010 with the Clearwater Threshers and became a free agent after the season. Édgar Ernesto García (born October 4, 1996) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher. He made his Major League Baseball (MLB) debut with the Philadelphia Phillies in 2019 and has also played for the Tampa Bay Rays, Cincinnati Reds, and Minnesota Twins. Professional career Philadelphia Phillies García was born in Sabana Grande de Palenque, Dominican Republic.
