Edgar Badia
Edgar Badia Guardiola (born 12 February 1992) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Real Zaragoza, on loan from Elche CF. Club career Espanyol Born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Badia was a youth product of local RCD Espanyol. He spent his first seasons as a senior competing in Segunda División B and Tercera División with the B team. On 11 January 2012, Badia made his official debut for the main squad, playing the full 90 minutes in a 4–2 home win against Córdoba CF in the round of 16 of the Copa del Rey (5–4 on aggregate). He continued to be almost exclusively associated with the B's during his spell. Reus Badia signed with Granada CF in July 2013, being assigned to the reserves in the third division. Tercera División ( en, Third Division) was the fourth tier of the Spanish football league system. Founded in 1929, it was below the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga), the ''Segunda División'', and the semi-professional ''Segunda División B''. For the 2021–22 season, Tercera División was replaced by Tercera División RFEF, which became the fifth tier due to the creation of a new, semi-professional third division by the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Spanish federation (RFEF) called the Primera División RFEF. 2020 Segunda División Play-offs
The 2019–20 Segunda División play-offs were played from 13 August to 23 August 2020 and determined the third team promoted to La Liga for the following season. Teams placed between 3rd and 6th position took part in the promotion play-offs. Regulations The regulations were the same as the previous season: in the semi-finals, the fifth-placed team faced the fourth-placed team, while the sixth-placed team faced the third. Each tie was played over two legs, with the team lower in the table hosting the first leg. The team that scored more goals on aggregate over the two legs advanced to the next round. If the aggregate score was level, the away goals rule was applied (i.e., the team that scored more goals away from home over the two legs advanced).
