Alfred Eddison Hutton (31 December 1865 – 30 May 1947) was a British Liberal politician and manufacturer. Background Hutton was born and lived much of his life in Eccleshill, near Bradford on 31 December 1865 the son of James and Eliza Hutton, his father was a wool merchant. He was educated at Mill Hill School and Trinity College, Cambridge. He received a Bachelor of Arts in 1887 and a Master of Arts in 1891. Robert Leadam Eddison, OBE (10 June 1908 – 14 December 1991) was an English actor, who despite his lengthy career as a classical stage actor, is probably most widely remembered in the role of the Grail Knight in ''Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade''. He also played Merlin in the BBC television series ''The Legend of King Arthur'', and the tragic ferryman in '' The Storyteller'' episode "The Luck Child". Roger Tatham Eddison (16 September 1916, Yokohama – 2000) was an English practitioner of Operations Research. He was Joint Editor of ''Operational Research Quarterly'' from 1950 to 1958. He was President of the Operational Research Society 1966-1967. Early life Eddison was born in Yokohama, the youngest of four sons, the twins Robert and Talbot Leadam Eddison being born in 1908.
