Eddio Victorino Inostroza Ibacache (born 3 September 1946) is a Chilean former footballer and manager. He worked as Colo-Colo assistant coach between 1986 and 1991 being present in the charge during 1991 Copa Libertadores title obtention with Mirko Jozić in the bench. Un 1994, he served as caretaker coach after Vicente Cantatore demission, having a prior experience at Deportes La Serena two years ago. Chiguayante () is a Chilean city and commune in Concepción Province, Biobío Region. It is part of Greater Concepción. Demographics According to the 2002 census of the National Statistics Institute, Chiguayante spans an area of and has 81,302 inhabitants (38,524 men and 42,778 women). Of these, 81,238 (99.9%) lived in urban areas and 64 (0.1%) in rural areas. The population grew by 44.2% (24,931 persons) between the 1992 and 2002 censuses. It had an estimated 2010 population of 119,265. Administration As a commune, Chiguayante is a third-level administrative division of Chile administered by a municipal council, headed by an alcalde who is directly elected every four years. Club Deportivo Huachipato is a Chilean football club based in Talcahuano that is a current member of the Chilean Primera División. The club was founded 7 June 1947 and plays its home games at the Estadio CAP, which has a capacity of 10,500 people (all-seated). History In 1947, CD Huachipato was officially notarized, and the first official recorded game was played. The original fans were the local company employees of the steel industry in Huachipato. The Copa Chile (''Chile Cup'') is an annual cup competition for Chilean football teams. Due to time constraints and club pressure, the trophy was cancelled in 2000, but returned in 2008. Its precursor was the Campeonato de Apertura (''Opening Championship''), played from 1933 to 1950. The cup is now open to every member club of the Chilean football league system, from professional teams; ( Primera División, Primera B & Segunda División), down to teams from the ANFA: Tercera División.
