Eddie Mukahanana
Eddie Mukahanana born 9 March 1977 in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe is a Zimbabwean former footballer. He is the Owner and Technical Director oWestcastle International Academyand Head Coach of the Men's Premier Team in the Pacific Coast Soccer League. Playing career He was a member of the Zimbabwe national football team during the 1998 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. He also received 14 youth national team caps playing on the U17 and U20 National teams during the COSAFA Youth Championships. His professional career started with Highlanders FC and then moved to Zimbabwe Saints in the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League making his debut at age of 17-year 2 months. In the United States (1995–2000) he attended the University of Montevallo on a soccer scholarship, from where he would then travel every summer break to play for Zimbabwe Saints until 2000. Bulawayo
Bulawayo (, ; Ndebele: ''Bulawayo'') is the second largest city in Zimbabwe, and the largest city in the country's Matabeleland region. The city's population is disputed; the 2022 census listed it at 665,940, while the Bulawayo City Council claimed it to be about 1.2 million. Bulawayo covers an area of about in the western part of the country, along the Matsheumhlope River. Along with the capital Harare, Bulawayo is one of two cities in Zimbabwe that is also a province. Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League
Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League is the top professional division of the Zimbabwe Football Association. It was founded in 1980, as a successor to the 1962 formed ''Rhodesia National Football League.'' It is currently sponsored by Delta Beverages under the Castle Lager brand and hence is known as Castle Lager Premier Soccer League. The current sponsorship deal runs from 2011 and is worth $3.6 million. The league consists of 18 teams listed below, that play a total of 34 matches. The season runs from April to November. Most matches are played during weekends on Saturdays and Sundays. Postponed matches are played midweek.
