Ed Upson
Edward James Upson (born 21 November 1989) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Bury Town. Upson has previously been capped for England at under-17 and under-19 level. Club career Ipswich Town He scored the winning goal for Ipswich Town against Southampton in the FA Youth Cup final in 2005 when he was 15, and signed a professional contract at the age of 17. In 2008, he was loaned to Stevenage Borough, where he made one substitute appearance on 2 September against Kettering Town. He made his Ipswich debut as a substitute in a Football League Cup match at Shrewsbury Town on 11 August 2009. The match went to penalties after a 3–3 draw and Upson scored one of the penalties to help Ipswich through to the next round. Albert Ojumiri Jarrett (born 23 October 1984) is a Sierra Leonean Association football, footballer who last played for Dulwich Hamlet and has represented the Sierra Leone national football team. Club career Jarrett was born in Freetown to Creole parents, but was raised in South London, England. He started his career as a schoolboy at Arsenal, before joining the youth academy at Dulwich Hamlet. Ian Michael Hendon (born 5 December 1971) is an English football manager and former player who played as a defender. Playing career Hendon was born in Ilford, Greater London. Primarily a right-back but sometimes deployed in the centre or in midfield, he began his career with Tottenham Hotspur, winning the FA Youth Cup in 1990. He made his first-team debut in 1989, and made seven appearances for the club over the next four years, also representing England Under-21 seven times.
