Ed Chlebek
Edward S. Chlebek (born February 9, 1940) is an American former gridiron football player and coach. He served as the head coach at Eastern Michigan University (1976–1977), Boston College (1978–1980), and Kent State University (1981–1982), compiling a career college football record of 26–51. Playing career Chlebek played college football as a quarterback at Western Michigan University from 1959 to 1961. He passed for 2,290 yards in his career with the Western Michigan Broncos, including 1,109 as a senior in 1961. In 1963, Chlebek played for the New York Jets of the American Football League (AFL). He was inducted into Western Michigan University Athletic Hall of Fame. Mid-American Conference Football Awards
The Mid-American Conference football awards are given annually by the Mid-American Conference (MAC) at the conclusion of each college football season. The conference gives out a total of five awards, the Offensive, Defensive, and Freshman Players of the Year, the Coach of the Year, and the Vern Smith Leadership Award, which is given to the league's MVP in that season. Joseph Clifford Montana Jr. (born June 11, 1956) is an American former football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 16 seasons, primarily with the San Francisco 49ers. Dan Devine
Daniel John Devine (December 23, 1924 – May 9, 2002) was an American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at Arizona State University from 1955 to 1957, the University of Missouri from 1958 to 1970, and the University of Notre Dame from 1975 to 1980, compiling a career college football mark of 173–56–9. Devine was also the head coach of the National Football League's Green Bay Packers from 1971 to 1974, tallying a mark of 25–27–4.
