Ecurie Lutetia
Ecurie Lutetia was a French racing team founded by racing drivers Eugène Chaboud and Charles Pozzi. The team's name was derived from Lutetia, a town that stood where Paris is now located, and the fact that Pozzi was born in Paris. Ecurie Lutetia entered two Formula One World Championship Grands Prix, but scored no points. They also participated in non-championship Formula One, Formula Two and Le Mans races between 1948 and 1950. However, Chaboud and Pozzi entered races under their own names more often than under Ecurie Lutetia. Racing record In 1948 and 1949, Ecurie Lutetia entered 12 Grands Prix in France and Italy. Their drivers were Eugène Chaboud, Charles Pozzi, and Pierre Meyrat. Their best result were a 3rd and 4th place in the 1949 Salon Grand Prix. Automobiles Talbot France was the French subsidiary of British automotive manufacturer S.T.D. André Guelfi (6 May 1919 – 28 June 2016) was a French racing driver. He was born in Mazagan, Morocco. He participated in one Formula One World Championship race, on 19 October 1958. He also participated in several non-championship Formula One races. Delahaye 175
The Delahaye Type 175 is a luxury, bespoke, coachbuilt automobile manufactured by French automotive product manufacturer Delahaye. Production build numbers were formally recorded from early 1948 to mid 1951, validating that 107 cars were built. This run of 4.5-litre chassis was offered in a variety of styles, exclusively built by coachbuilders. Delahaye did not have its own coachbuilding capability. A 1953 fire in the administration and drawing offices destroyed most of its files and technical drawings. Little is known about the Type 175 and its siblings, the sequentially longer wheelbased Types 178 and 180. Club Delahaye has recorded 25 surviving cars, out of the 107 confirmed built. The 1950 24 Hours of Le Mans was the 18th Grand Prix of Endurance, and took place on 24 and 25 June 1950. It was won by the French father-and-son pairing of Louis and Jean-Louis Rosier driving a privately entered Talbot-Lago. The oil pump is an internal combustion engine part that circulates engine oil under pressure to the rotating bearings, the sliding pistons and the camshaft of the engine. This lubricates the bearings, allows the use of higher-capacity fluid bearings and also assists in cooling the engine.
