Athletics is a group of sporting events that involves competitive running, jumping, throwing, and walking. The athletics competition at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games was held in Konya, Turkey from 8 to 12 August 2022 in Konya Athletic Field. The Para Athletics competitions will be held in Konya Athletic Field on 11 August 2022. Countries can compete with a maximum of 2 athletes in each disability class (T46/T47 & T53/T54) in Para Athletics competitions.
