East Sydney is a small inner-city locality in Sydney, Australia. It is situated immediately east of the Sydney central business district, adjacent to Hyde Park. East Sydney is a locality within the suburbs of Woolloomooloo and Darlinghurst and is in the City of Sydney.It is bounded by Willism, College and Oxford streets. Woolloomooloo ( ) is a harbourside, inner-city eastern suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Woolloomooloo is 1.5 kilometres east of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Sydney. It is in a low-lying, former docklands area at the head of Woolloomooloo Bay, on Sydney Harbour. William Street is a major thoroughfare in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The street was named in honour of King William IV and was gazetted in 1834. Oxford Street, Sydney
Oxford Street is a major thoroughfare in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, running from Whitlam Square on the south-east corner of Hyde Park in the central business district (CBD) of Sydney to Bondi Junction in the Eastern Suburbs. Close to the CBD in particular, the street is lined with numerous shops, bars and nightclubs.
