Visionaire is a company based in New York City that creates films, experiences, and events in addition to an eponymous publication that intersect art, fashion, film, and contemporary culture across multiple platforms. Artists and designers often work in collaboration with Visionaire to produce interpretations on a theme. Visionaire was founded in 1991 by Cecilia Dean, James Kaliardos, and Stephen Gan. Dean and Kaliardos continue to lead the company. ''Visionaire'' publication ''Visionaire'' has published 67 editions since its inception in 1991. The VisionAire VA-10 Vantage is a prototype single-engined light business-jet (or " very light jet") designed and developed by the American company VisionAire Jets Corporation. Originally planned for production in the late 1990s, the original VisionAire Corporation failed in 2003. The project was acquired by Eviation Jets, which planned to produce it as the redesigned EV-20 Vantage Jet. Eviation also failed, and in 2012 the design was relaunched by a revived VisionAire under its original design. Mert And Marcus
Mert and Marcus is the working name of two fashion photographers, Mert Alaş (born 1971) and Marcus Piggott (born 1971), who work together on a collaborative basis. Their work and style is influenced by photographer Guy Bourdin and, together, they have pioneered the use of digital manipulation within their field. Career Mert Alaş, born in Turkey and Marcus Piggott, born in Wales, met in England in 1994 after having worked for a brief period in different areas, Alaş in classical music and Piggott in graphic design. Vik Muniz (; born 1961) is a Brazilian artist and photographer. William John Cunningham Jr. (March 13, 1929June 25, 2016) was an American fashion photographer for ''The New York Times'', known for his candid and street photography. A Harvard University dropout, he first became known as a designer of women's hats before moving on to writing about fashion for ''Women's Wear Daily'' and the ''Chicago Tribune''. He began taking candid photographs on the streets of New York City, and his work came to the attention of ''The New York Times'' with a 1978 capture of Greta Garbo in an unguarded moment. Yoko Ono
Yoko Ono ( ; ja, 小野 洋子, Ono Yōko, usually spelled in katakana ; born February 18, 1933) is a Japanese multimedia artist, singer, songwriter, and peace activist.
