Arnold Earley
Arnold Carl Earley (June 4, 1933 – September 29, 1999) was an American professional baseball player and left-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball. He was born in Lincoln Park, Michigan, where he attended Lincoln Park High School. Career Earley was listed as tall and . He appeared in eight seasons in the major leagues with the Boston Red Sox (1960–65), Chicago Cubs (1966) and Houston Astros (1967). Signed by the Red Sox as an amateur free agent in 1952, he did not make his major league debut until 1960 at age 27. He missed the 1954 and 1955 seasons while serving in the United States Army. He appeared in 223 major league games (all but ten as a relief pitcher) and had a lifetime record of 12–20 with 310 strikeouts, 85 games finished and 14 saves. Mark Earley
Mark Lawrence Earley (born July 26, 1954) is an American attorney and former politician. A Republican, he was elected to the Virginia State Senate (1988–1998), and then elected Attorney General of Virginia (1998 to 2001). In 2001, he resigned as Attorney General to focus his time on the 2001 campaign for Governor of Virginia. He ran to succeed James Gilmore, but lost to Democrat Mark Warner. Biography Earley was born in Norfolk and graduated from the College of William and Mary, receiving first an undergraduate degree in religion and later a J.D. degree. He is married to the former Cynthia Breithaupt and a father of six children. After admission to the Virginia bar, Earley had a private legal practice in Norfolk for fifteen years. Paul Earley
Paul Earley (born 3 July 1964) is a former Irish sportsman who played Australian rules football for Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL) and Gaelic football for the Roscommon county team. Earley was the first player recruited from Ireland to play a VFL match, beating Sean Wight who was also listed by Melbourne at the time. He made his only appearance in Melbourne's last game of the 1984 VFL season, when they lost to Richmond by 28 points at the MCG. Due to family reasons, Earley returned to Ireland at the end of the year and rejoined Roscommon, with whom his elder brother, Dermot Earley Snr, played. He was named as a full-forward in the 1985 GAA All Stars team and represented Ireland in the 1987 International Rules series. Mary Two-Axe Earley (born Mary Two-Axe; October 4, 1911 – August 21, 1996) was a Mohawk and Oneida women's rights activist from the reserve of Kahnawake in Quebec, Canada. After losing her legal Indian status due to marrying a non-status man, Two-Axe Earley advocated for changes to the Indian Act, which had promoted gender discrimination and stripped First Nations women of the right to participate in the political and cultural life of their home reserves. In 1967, Two-Axe Earley helped establish the Equal Rights for Indian Women organization and led the submission of a brief to the Royal Commission on the Status of Women. Martin Earley (born 15 June 1962) is a former Irish professional road bicycle racer, who competed in the 1984 and 1996 Olympic Games. Racing career He turned professional in 1985 with the Fagor team with whom he stayed until 1987. In 1986 he won the 14th stage of the Giro d'Italia and the second of the Tour of the Basque Country. In 1987, he was part of the Irish team at the world road championship that ended with a win by Stephen Roche. After that he rode for Kas and then the Dutch PDM team of Sean Kelly.
