Earl Montgomery
Earl Triplett Montgomery (May 24, 1894 – October 28, 1966) was a film director, writer, and comedian who performed in silent films including as the character Hairbreadth Harry. He established the producing company Earl Montgomery Comedy Company. Joe Rock partnered with him at Vitagraph. Montgomery was born in Santa Cruz, California. He was a theater actor. Early in his film career he was a stunt man with American Film Company. Vamps And Variety
Vamps is a Japanese rock duo formed in 2008 by Hyde (vocalist, rhythm guitarist, lyricist and composer) and K.A.Z (lead guitarist, backing vocalist and composer). Only a year after their founding, Vamps performed its first international tour, ten dates in the United States, and in 2010 they went on their first world tour. Originally signed to Hyde's own record label Vamprose, every release the band has had to date has reached the top ten on the Oricon music chart. In 2013, the group changed labels to Universal Music Group's Delicious Deli Records and produced their worldwide debut release. After several tours and collaborations with Western acts, Vamps worked with outside producers and songwriters for the first time on the 2017 album ''Underworld'' before temporarily ceasing all activities at the end of that year. ''Stop, Look and Listen'' is a 1926 American film comedy film featuring Oliver Hardy. The majority of the film was considered to be lost. Initially in early 2020, it was announced that approximately 10 minutes of footage exists. In March 2020, the full film was discovered by a Japanese film archivist in Tokyo. Plot As described in a film magazine review, Luther Meek is a well-behaved young citizen of a small town with a sweetheart named Dorothy who pines for footlight fame. She coaxes him into backing a traveling show in which she is starred. On the opening night of the show, while the stage-struck Dorothy gets muddled in her initial appearance, the Stage Manager and Dorothy's graceless stepbrother rob a bank. Luther is blamed for the crime, but he escapes his persuers and follows the thieves, finally catching him and recovering the money. Dorothy then decides to abandon her stage dreams and weds Luther.
