EHOVE Career Center
EHOVE Career Center is a public vocational school in Milan, Ohio. EHOVE is an acronym that stands for Erie Huron Ottawa Vocational Education. While Erie, Huron and Ottawa counties are the primary covered counties in the district, the school also serves students in nearby Lorain, Sandusky, and Seneca counties, as well as small parts of Ashland and Richland counties. Altogether the high school has an enrollment of 900 high school sophomore, junior and senior students from about 16 different associate school districts. Upon graduation, students earn a certificate from EHOVE, along with a high school diploma from their home high school. Milan ( ) is a village (United States)#Ohio, village in Erie County, Ohio, Erie and Huron County, Ohio, Huron counties in the U.S. state of Ohio. The population was 1,367 at the 2010 United States Census, 2010 census. It is best known as the birthplace and childhood home of Thomas Edison. Edison High School is a public high school in Milan, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Edison Local Schools district. The elementary school is located in Milan. The middle school is in Berlin Heights. Edison was created in 1968 when the school districts from Berlin Heights and Milan consolidated. Put-in-Bay High School
Put-In-Bay High School is a public high school on South Bass Island in Put-In-Bay, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Put-In-Bay Schools district. There are around thirty students enrolled at any given time, and they make up the pride of the Put-in-Bay Panthers. With only two Seniors in the Class of 2022, it is one of the smallest public high schools in Ohio. The school fields a co-ed basketball team every year that plays a mostly-junior varsity schedule against a variety of schools in Northwest Ohio.
