Dubravko Pavličić
Dubravko Pavličić (28 November 1967 – 4 April 2012) was a Croatian footballer who played as a central defender. Club career Born in Zagreb, Socialist Republic of Croatia, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Pavličić started playing professionally for local NK Dinamo, being irregularly used over the course of three seasons. He developed into a top division player with NK Rijeka, helping it to two sixth-place finishes and one fourth in the newly founded Croatian First Football League; in the 1993–94 Croatian Cup, he scored the game's only goal in the second leg of the final, albeit in an eventual 1–2 aggregate loss. In the 1994 summer Pavličić moved to Spain and signed for Hércules CF, in Segunda División, winning promotion to La Liga in his second year and netting a career-best six goals in 38 games in the following season, which nonetheless ended in relegation, with the player scoring in both games against FC Barcelona (3–2 win at the Camp Nou and 2 ... The Hrvatska nogometna liga () ( en, Croatian football league), also known as HNL or for sponsorship reasons the SuperSport HNL, is the top Croatian professional football (soccer), football league competition, established in 1992. Previously, it was called Prva Hrvatska nogometna liga (First Croatian Football League), but a league structure reorganization from 2022–23 led to name changes for the three top league levels. In sport, a cap is a player's appearance in a game at international level. The term dates from the practice in the United Kingdom of awarding a cap to every player in an international match of rugby football and association football. In the early days of football, the concept of each team wearing a set of matching shirts had not been universally adopted, so each side would distinguish itself from the other by wearing a specific sort of cap. An early illustration of the first international football match between Scotland and England in 1872 shows the Scottish players wearing cowls, and the English wearing a variety of school caps. Sporting Plaza de Argel, also known formerly as Hércules CF Femenino, is a Spanish women's football club from Alicante currently playing in Segunda División's Group 4. History Founded in 1995, it was the first organized women's football team in the city. In 1997 Sporting Plaza de Argel promoted to the second category for the first time, consolidating itself in the top part of the table throughout the following decade, but without attaining promotion the Superliga to date. Back then they used a yellow shirt, blue shorts kit which is nowadays their second uniform. In 2007 the club signed a collaboration with Hércules CF.
