Drumcode Records is a Swedish techno label managed by Adam Beyer. The label was founded in 1996 and has enjoyed a streak of success in its releases, talent scouting, radio efforts, and general international label camaraderie ever since. As of August 2018 the label is the highest-selling techno record label on Beatport over the past year, according to BeatStats, and third highest-selling label on Beatport of all time. Its roots are in its native Scandinavia, originally only housing Swedish producers, but in the label's history it has since branched out to working with those whose sound fit the profile, rather than whose nationality aligns best. Jesper Dahlbäck
Jesper Erik Mathias Dahlbäck (born October 14, 1974) is a Swedish techno DJ and producer. Besides his real name, he has used various stage names and pseudonyms such as Lenk, Dahlback, Dick Track, Faxid, Groove Machine, Janne Me' Amazonen, The Pinguin Man oder DK (with Thomas Krome). Hugg & Pepp / Pepp & Kaliber are names of duos for his common collaborative work with his cousin John Dahlbäck. ADJD is used for his collaborations with Alexi Delano. Victor Calderone
Victor Calderone (born March 20, 1967 in Brooklyn, New York (state), New York, United States) is an American electronic music producer, Disc jockey, DJ and remixer. Biography Raised in the Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn, Calderone was introduced into New York City's nightlife by his older brother, Cesar, who was very active in the club music business. Calderone began to dabble with turntables and other DJ-related equipment at the age of 15. A decade later, in 1991, music mogul Seymour Stein signed both Calderone and his partner Gene LaFosse (they collaborated on a short-lived techno act called Program 2) to a contract deal with Sire Records. Steve Lawler (DJ)
Steve Lawler (born 1973) is a British house music producer and DJ born in Birmingham, England. He is a five time DJ Awards winner and has held residences at many popular dance clubs such as Space, The End and Twilo. Because of his successful performances at Space in Ibiza, he was nicknamed "King of Space". Lawler has released several mix albums and is especially well known for his ''Lights Out'' series featured on Boxed. He currently runs the record label VIVa Music. Slam (band)
Slam are a Scottish producer/ DJ duo from Glasgow, Scotland, consisting of Stuart McMillan (born 1966, Glasgow) and Orde Meikle (born 1964, Oxford). They are co-founders of Soma Quality Recordings. Their music style consists of house and techno. History McMillan and Meikle's first club event was a weekly Thursday night called Black Market, in the Glasgow club, Fury Murrys. They played a mix of house, funk and rap. Sam Paganini
Sam Paganini is an Italian DJ and producer from Treviso, Veneto, Italy. His 1997 song, " Zoe", made #47 on the UK Singles Chart. He has since released many singles and EPs under his given name, including the very successful ''Body to Body'' EP on Cocoon Recordings. In 2014, Sam released his debut album, Satellite, on Drumcode Records. The album was received very well, and one of the tracks from the album, "Rave," remained in the Beatport Techno Top 10 for six months, and has remained in the Techno Top 100 for a year as of September 2015. Pan-Pot is the name of the Berlin-based techno duo, German DJs and music producers Tassilo Ippenberger and Thomas Benedix. Since their launch in 2005, Pan-Pot have established their presence in the modern techno scene, reaching popularity with the release of their debut album, ''Pan-O-Rama'', on 's Mobilee label. Their repertoire is defined as being underground music that is independent of specific genres, primarily spanning techno and house whilst including experimental elements and IDM influences.
