''Dragon Flyz'' is an animated television series created by Savin Yeatman-Eiffel and produced by Gaumont Multimédia in association with Abrams/Gentile Entertainment. The show, based on a toy line by Galoob, ran for two seasons, in syndication in the US and Europe. 26 episodes were produced. The program centers on a coalition known as the ''Dragonators'' (a combination of "dragon" and "aviators"), a set of humans who ride on dragon-back in search-and-rescue operations. Lewis Galoob Toys, Inc., was a toy company headquartered in South San Francisco, California. They are perhaps best known for creating Micro Machines, which accounted for 50% of its sales in 1989, and distributing the Game Genie in the United States. History Lewis Galoob Toys was founded in 1957 by Lewis Galoob and his wife, Barbara Galoob, as a small distributor of toys and stationery. ''Van-Pires'' is a 1997 computer animated children's television series with live-action segments. It was produced by Abrams/Gentile (New York), with CGI animation being produced under MSH (San Francisco). The show was syndicated by The Summit Media Group. A dragon is a reptilian legendary creature that appears in the folklore of many cultures worldwide.
