Double Exposure (Shadowrun)
''Double Exposure'' is an adventure published by FASA in 1994 for the near-future cyberpunk role-playing game ''Shadowrun''. Description ''Double Exposure'' is a 64-page softcover book designed by Fraser Cane and Nigel Findley, with illustrations by Tom Baxa, Steve Bryant, Paul Daly, and Mike Jackson. It contains a ''Shadowrun'' adventure set in Seattle in which the players' characters are hired to investigate the relationship between a megacorporation and a charity. Reception In the November 1994 edition of ''Dragon'' (Issue #211), Rick Swan calls this adventure "a tight little chiller worthy of Chaosium's '' Call of Cthulhu'' game." Swan noted the many "stomach-churning" scenes, saying "the cartoonish excesses ..make this one of the most outrageous scenarios in ''Shadowrun'' history." Fasa ( fa, فسا, Fasā, also Romanized as Fassa) is a city and capital of Fasa County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 110,825, in 33,379 families. Cyberpunk
Cyberpunk is a subgenre of science fiction in a dystopian futuristic setting that tends to focus on a "combination of lowlife and high tech", featuring futuristic technological and scientific achievements, such as artificial intelligence and cybernetics, juxtaposed with societal collapse, dystopia or decay. Nigel Findley
Nigel D. Findley (July 22, 1959 – February 19, 1995) was a Canadian game designer, editor, and an author of science fiction and fantasy novels and role-playing games (RPGs). Biography Nigel Findley was born in Venezuela in 1959 to Canadian parents, and lived in Spain, Nigeria, the United States, and England before moving with his family to Vancouver in 1969. He got his start as a role-playing game author in the mid 1980s during his business career. By 1990 he had become a full-time writer, and had authored or coauthored over one hundred books, and twelve novels. He wrote for many game companies, including TSR, and for FASA's ''Shadowrun'' supplements and fiction. Findley's adventure '' The Universal Brotherhood'' (1990) for ''Shadowrun'' was well received. Thomas M. Baxa is an artist whose work has appeared in role-playing games. Biography Tom Baxa grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. He enrolled at Northern Illinois University, where he studied under comic and fantasy artist Mark Nelson. ''Call of Cthulhu'' is a horror fiction role-playing game based on H. P. Lovecraft's story of the same name and the associated Cthulhu Mythos.
