"Dosed" is a song by the Red Hot Chili Peppers from their 2002 album, ''By the Way''. It was released as a promotional single in the United States and Canada only. "Universally Speaking" is a song by American rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers from their eighth studio album, ''By the Way'' (2002). It was the fourth and final single from the album and was released solely in Europe and Australia in mid-2003.
