Dorota Jakuta
Dorota Jakuta (born 16 January 1958) is a Polish politician, current Chairperson of Bydgoszcz City Council and Councillor who represents the 4th district. On 12 November 2006 she was elected to Bydgoszcz City Council. She scored 1,970 votes in 4th district, as candidate from Civic Platform list. She took office on 27 November 2006. She was elected to Council Chairperson Office. She is a member of Enterprise, Development and City Promotion Committee and Municipal Economy and Environmental Protection Committee. Bydgoszcz City Council
The Bydgoszcz City Council ( pl, Rada Miasta Bydgoszczy) is a unicameral governing body of the city of Bydgoszcz, the capital of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. It consists of thirty-one councillors elected in free elections for a five-year term. The current chairperson of the council is Monika Matowska. After elections in 2018 in Bydgoszcz was formed a centre-left coalition between liberal and pro-market Civic Coalition and social democratic Democratic Left Alliance. Conservative Law and Justice remained in opposition. Civic Platform ( pl, Platforma Obywatelska, PO)The party is officially the Civic Platform of the Republic of Poland (''Platforma Obywatelska Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej''). is a political party in Poland. It is currently led by Donald Tusk. It was formed in 2001 by splinter factions from the Solidarity Electoral Action and Freedom Union, and it later placed second in the 2001 parliamentary election. 2006 Polish Local Elections
The 2006 Polish local elections were held in two parts. with its first round on November 12 and the second on November 26, 2006. In the election's first round, voters chose 39,944 gmina councillors, 6,284 powiat councillors and 561 deputies to provincial voivodeship sejmiks.
