Doreen Nabwire
Doreen Nabwire Omondi (born 5 March 1987), nicknamed "Dodo", is a Kenyan former footballer. In 2009, Nabwire became the first Kenyan woman to play professional football in Europe. She also played and served as captain of the Kenya women's national football team. She played for FC Zwolle in de Eredivisie Vrouwen from 2010 to 2011. Since 2016, she has been working as the Women's Football Development Officer and Director of Women's football for the Football Kenya Federation. Nabwire co-founded a Community Based Organization (CBO) called ''Girls Unlimited'' in 2009, which uses a variety of sports to nurture and develop youths' talents to bring social change and development in communities in Kenya. A player-coach (also playing coach, captain-coach, or player-manager) is a member of a sports team who simultaneously holds both playing and coaching duties. Zwolle () is a city and municipality in the Northeastern Netherlands. Landstede Sportcentrum
The Landstede Sportcentrum is an indoor sports complex located in Zwolle, Netherlands, which is used as a sports arena and was opened in 2010. It is the home of basketball team Landstede Hammers. The "centre court", which is used by both the club has a capacity of 1,200 people. The complex is owned by ROC Landstede, a company that is also main sponsor of the basketball and volleyball clubs. The 2016 Women's Africa Cup of Nations was the 12th edition of the biennial international football championship organised by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for the women's national teams of Africa. The tournament was held in Cameroon between 19 November and 3 December 2016. The initial dates were 8–22 October 2016, but were changed due to weather considerations. The Kenya women's national under-20 football team represents Kenya at an under-20 level in women's football and is controlled by the Football Kenya Federation.
