Diyarbakır Railway Station
Diyarbakır railway station ( tr, Diyarbakır garı) is the main railway station in the city of Diyarbakır, Turkey. TCDD Taşımacılık operates the Southern Kurtalan Express to Ankara or Kurtalan and a daily regional train to Batman. The station was built by the Turkish State Railways in 1935 as part of the railway from Fevzipaşa. The station building was built in the Art Deco style, similar to the station buildings of Sivas, Manisa and Malatya. Turkish State Railways
The State Railways of the Republic of Turkey ( tr, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Demiryolları), abbreviated as TCDD, is a government-owned national railway company responsible with the ownership and maintenance of railway infrastructure in Turkey, as well as the planning and construction of new lines. Malatya railway station is the main railway station in the city of Malatya, Turkey. The station was built in 1931 by the Turkish State Railways as part of the railway to Diyarbakır. Batman, Turkey
Batman ( ku, Êlih) is a Kurdish-majority city in the Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey and the capital of Batman Province. It lies on a plateau, above sea level, near the confluence of the Batman River and the Tigris. The Batı Raman oil field, which is the largest oil field in Turkey, is located just outside the city.
