District 3 is an electoral district in Malta. It was established in 1921. Its boundaries have changed many times but it currently consists of the localities of Żejtun, Għaxaq, Marsaskala and Marsaxlokk Marsaxlokk () is a small, traditional fishing village in the South Eastern Region of Malta. The Nationalist Party ( mt, Partit Nazzjonalista, PN) is one of the two major contemporary political parties in Malta, along with the Labour Party. It is a Christian-democratic, and conservative political party, and it has been also described as centrist or centre-right on the political spectrum.
