Dirty Diaries
''Dirty Diaries'' is a 2009 collection of thirteen short films of feminist pornography made by Swedish activists and artists and produced by Mia Engberg. The individual films are highly diverse in content, although many of them feature humour and different forms of queer sex. The creative decisions were based on a manifesto with the aim to create pornography that is non-commercial and follows feminist ideals. The film sparked controversy before and after its release because of sexually provocative content and the fact that it was mainly financed through public funds. Film critics were split in their reception; some found the film amusingly provocative while others thought it was dull. Ester Martin Bergsmark
Ester Martin Bergsmark (born 1982) is a Swedish movie director and screenwriter of the documentaries ''Maggie in Wonderland'' and ''She Male Snails''. Bergsmark's first fiction feature ''Something Must Break'' (2014) has been shown in more than fifty film festivals. The film has won ten awards, including the Tiger Award, 43rd Rotterdam International Film Festival, the Grand Jury Award in Outfest Los Angeles LGBT Film Festival or Best Film and Best Performance for Saga Becker in the Lisbon International Queer Film Festival. Carlota Suzanne Osten (born 20 June 1944) is a Swedish film director stage director and screenwriter. She won the award for Best Director at the 22nd Guldbagge Awards for the film ''The Mozart Brothers''. Biography Suzanne Osten was born in Stockholm. She is the daughter of toolmaker Karl Otto Osten (1912–1970) and film critic Gerd Osten (born Ekbom), whose frustrating efforts to direct a film in a male-dominated film industry are the subject matter of her daughter Suzanne’s debut film ''Mamma'' (1982). The Moderate Party ( sv, Moderata samlingspartiet , ; M), commonly referred to as the Moderates ( ), is a liberal-conservative political party in Sweden. The Swedish Film Institute ( sv, Svenska Filminstitutet) was founded in 1963 to support and develop the Swedish film industry. The institute is housed in the ''Filmhuset'' building located in Gärdet, Östermalm in Stockholm. The building, completed in 1970, was designed by architect Peter Celsing. Hornstull
Hornstull () is an area in western Södermalm, Stockholm. Hornstull is actually the name of where the streets Hornsgatan and Långholmsgatan intersect. Up to the early 19th century it was also a city toll; "tull" in Swedish. Hornstull also has a metro station, which opened on April 5, 1964. Two of the subdivisions of Hornstull are Drakenberg, and Högalid, after which the neighborhood school (Högalidsskolan) and parish church are named.
