Dingleberry Haze
''Dingleberry Haze'' is the first EP released by American alternative rock band The Bloodhound Gang on Cheese Factory Records in November 1994. Though there are not too many differences between this EP and their next release, ''Use Your Fingers'', there are a few. The major difference is in the track "Coo Coo Ca Choo" which uses a sample from Cream's " Sunshine of Your Love", rather than the heavy guitar riff-laden version that appears on ''Use Your Fingers''. This CD was written by Jimmy Pop and Daddy Long Legs who is now in the group Wolfpac. The Bloodhound Gang was an American rap rock band from Collegeville, Pennsylvania. It was founded in 1988 by rappers Jimmy Pop and Daddy Long Legs (now in Wolfpac) as a hip hop music, hip-hop group, before branching out into other genres as their career progressed, including punk rock, alternative hip hop, rapcore, funk metal, and electronic rock. ''Use Your Fingers'' is the debut studio album by Bloodhound Gang. It was released on July 18, 1995, by Cheese Factory Records. Some of the songs on the album were reworked version of demos from Bloodhound Gang's earlier demo tapes. The album has sold 250,000 copies to date. Reception In a review for Amazon, music journalist Roni Sarig said "BG back up their obnoxious idiocy with some fairly wise musical maneuvering. "Sunshine of Your Love" is a 1967 song by the British rock band Cream. With elements of hard rock, psychedelia, and pop, it is one of Cream's best known and most popular songs. Cream bassist and vocalist Jack Bruce based it on a distinctive bass riff he developed after attending a Jimi Hendrix concert.
