Digital Theatre (website)
Digital Theatre is a company that provides digital platforms for the arts. Founded by Robert Delamere and Tom Shaw (producer), Tom Shaw and launched in London in 2009, the company produces and licenses high-definition films of stage productions that can be streamed on demand for both consumer and educational purposes. In 2011, Digital Theatre's flagship digital educational platform Digital Theatre+ was launched, providing institutions around the world with access to productions and educational resources to support the teaching of English and Drama. Digital Theatre was acquired by ScaleUp Capital (formerly Root Capital LLP) in 2015. In 2019, former head of BBC iPlayer and BBC Sounds Neelay Patel was appointed CEO. Michael Boyd (theatre Director)
Sir Michael Boyd Fellowship of the Royal Society of Edinburgh, HonFRSE (born 6 July 1955) is a British theatre director, and a former artistic director of the Royal Shakespeare Company. Early years Boyd was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and educated at Latymer Upper School in London, Stewart's Melville College, Daniel Stewart's College, Edinburgh, and at the University of Edinburgh where he gained an Master of Arts (Scotland), M.A. in English Literature and performed with the Edinburgh University Drama Society. Stephen Howard Davies, (26 April 1945 – 25 October 2016) was a British theatre and television director. Early life Davies was the son of miner and glassblower Thomas Emrys Davies, from Maesteg, and Hilda Bevan. He was born in Reading, England. He was educated at Christ's Hospital school, Horsham and then studied at Durham University (1963-1966) and Bristol University, where he developed an appreciation for the works of Bertolt Brecht. Arthur Asher Miller (October 17, 1915 – February 10, 2005) was an American playwright, essayist and screenwriter in the 20th-century American theater. ''All My Sons'' is a three-act play written in 1946 by Arthur Miller. It opened on Broadway at the Coronet Theatre in New York City on January 29, 1947, closed on November 8, 1949, and ran for 328 performances. It was directed by Elia Kazan (to whom it is dedicated), produced by Kazan and Harold Clurman, and won the New York Drama Critics' Circle Award.
