''Different Time Zones'' is the fifth studio album by Irish ambient musician Seamus Ó Muíneacháin. Background and release O'Muineachain wrote the album while living in the Czech Republic. The album was released on January 7, 2022, through Ghost Home Recordings. Tracks from the album were broadcast by RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta, KEXP, and KXCI. Music videos were produced for the tracks "Over", "Summer Lightning", and "Dogwood". Seamus Ó Muíneacháin
Jimmy Monaghan (Irish: Seamus Ó Muíneacháin) is an Irish musician from Belmullet, Ireland. He is the lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter for the anti-folk band Music for Dead Birds. He has also released music under different names including ''The Crytearions'' and Christian Bookshop. Early life Monaghan was born in Danbury, Connecticut, and moved to Ireland at the age of six. He is of Irish and Italian descent. As a teenager he was an amateur Boxing, boxer, winning four Irish national titles. He won a silver medal at the 2004 Four Nations tournament boxing for Ireland and received the Western People Sports Star of the year award the same year. KXCI is a non-profit "community radio" radio station that serves Tucson, Arizona. KXCI broadcasts on the frequency of 91.3 MHz, and its programming includes talk shows, music shows, and call-in shows. Its call letters come from the Roman numeral for 91 (XCI). History In the late 1970s, the local radio landscape had an opening for a more eclectic and diverse radio station. Several people began preliminary work on the idea, and gained a construction permit in November 1982 after a frequency search and FCC filings were complete. The original plan for callsigns was to run a contest to determine one, and then see if it was available.
