Dino Dibra
Dino Dibra (18 April 1975 – 14 October 2000), also known as The Sunshine Boy, was an Australian suspected murderer and a victim of the Melbourne gangland killings. Imprisonments Dibra was born to Albanian parents. Between the ages of 15 and 18, Dibra was charged with a number of petty offences, including possession of drugs (marijuana). At the age of 19, he was charged with threatening to kill, threatening to inflict serious injury and unlawful drug possession. He was jailed and fined for these offences. On 15 October 1996, Dibra was imprisoned again, this time for 18 months for serious reckless driving offences. During his sentencing, the judge noted that Dibra had "the worst driving record I have ever seen". Fuad Dibra
Fuad bey Dibra (1886–1944) was an Albanian politician and nationalist who represented Albania at the Paris Peace Conference of 1919. He was a member of the High Regency Council. Biography Early life Fuad Dibra was born in Dibër (present-day Debar) to a wealthy landowning family and was the son of Ismail Pasha. He attended a commercial school in Salonika (present-day Thessaloniki). As a man of substantial means, he largely financed the expense of the Albanian delegation at the Paris Peace Conference in 1919, which he also attended himself with Pandeli Evangjeli. He is said to have owned several restaurants in Paris. He had been of great assistance to the Albanian delegation at the Peace Conference of 1919-1920, but was misled into believing that Albania could be defended against the aggression of her Balkan neighbors. Abdyl Aziz Vehbi Agolli mostly known as Haxhi Vehbi Dibra (12 March 1867 – 24 March 1937) was an Albanian mufti, theologian, politician and a delegate of Dibër at the Albanian Declaration of Independence. He was elected as chairman of the Elderly Assembly, the precursor to what is today the Parliament of Albania and the first Grand Mufti of the Muslim Community of Albania from 1920 to 1929. Vehbi Dibra will also be remembered as the main organizer of the Congress of Dibra. Life Vehbi Agolli was born in the city of Debar on 12 March 1867 to Ahmed Effendi Agolli, mufti of Upper Debre. Abdurrahman Dibra
Abdurrahman Dibra (1885 – 1961) was an Albanian politician. He was born in Debar in modern-day North Macedonia. He served under various ministries of the Albanian government including Minister of Finance. In the early 1910s as an Ottoman governor of the area of Neveska (modern ''Nymphaio'') he instigated the assassination of the guerrilla leader Spiro Bellkameni. Petrit Dibra (born 15 September 1953 in Tiranë) is an Albanian former footballer who spent his entire career at his hometown club 17 Nëntori Tirana (present day KF Tirana) as a forward. Isuf Dibra (Dohoshisht ? – Tirana, March 19, 1927) was an Albanian politician who served as Minister of War in the Toptani Government. Biography Isuf Dibra was born in the village of Dohoshisht, present day Dibër County. Little information is known about his life, including the exact year of his birth. Izet Dibra (1878 – 1964) born Izet Shatku was an Albanian politician and mayor of Tirana from 1927 to 1928. He also served as minister of public works in Pandeli Evangjeli's cabinet.
