Diari Aperti
''Diari aperti'' is the tenth studio album by Italian singer Elisa, released by Universal Music Group on 26 October 2018. The singer's first concept album, it is her second album released entirely in Italian after ''L'anima vola'' (2013). Ranked 10th of the "50 Best Italian Albums of 2010s" by ''Rolling Stone Italia'', in 2019 the project was reissued in a double album, ''Diari aperti (Segreti svelati)'', composed of the first disc with Italian songs and the second with the English songs already released on the EP ''Secret Diaries'', alongside new bonus tracks and collaborations with Francesco De Gregori, Carmen Consoli, Rkomi, Carl Brave and Calcutta. Elisa Toffoli (born 19 December 1977), performing under the mononym Elisa, is an Italian singer-songwriter. She is one of few Italian musicians to write and record mainly in English. She draws inspiration from many genres such as Pop music, pop, alternative rock, electronica and trip hop. Mirko Manuele Martorana (born 19 April 1994), known professionally as Rkomi, is an Italian rapper and songwriter. Early life Rkomi was born and raised in Milan in the famous district of Calvairate, located in the eastern part of the suburbs of Milan. He attended the CFP Galdus hotel Institute until the third year, and then dropped out at the age of 17 without obtaining a diploma. Until the age of 21 he worked as a bartender, bricklayer and dishwasher. He became friends with rapper Tedua, who was his roommate. Tedua himself originally planned to become a tour manager. Rapping (also rhyming, spitting, emceeing or MCing) is a musical form of vocal delivery that incorporates "rhyme, rhythmic speech, and street vernacular". The Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana (FIMI) is an umbrella organization that keeps track of virtually all aspects of the music recording industry in Italy. It was established in 1992, when major corporate labels left the previously existing Associazione dei Fonografici Italiani (AFI). Federica Abbate (born in 1991) is an Italian composer, lyricist and singer-songwriter. Life and career Abbate started playing piano at 5 years old and graduated in sociology. In 2013 she won a contest for songwriters promoted by SIAE and by the Comune of Genoa, "Genova per voi", and got a contract with Universal Music Group.
