Diane Adehm
Diane Adehm (born 13 September 1970 in Ettelbruck) is a Luxembourgish politician of the Christian Social People's Party (CSV). She has been a Chamber of Deputies (Luxembourg), deputy since 2011. Biography Adehm attended the Lycée classique de Diekirch, Diekirch Classical High School. From 1989 to 1994, she studied economic and social science at the University of Namur, Our Lady of Peace University Faculties in Namur, Belgium where she obtained a master's degree. In 2006, she obtained a Master of Business Administration degree at the Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. Adehm joined the Christian Social People's Party in 2003. She was an auditor at the Court of Auditors (Luxembourg), Court of Auditors of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In 2005, Adehm was elected to the Hesperange communal council, before she became an ''échevin (Luxembourg), échevine'' of the commune. 2009 Luxembourg General Election
General elections were held in Luxembourg on 7 June 2009, together with the 2009 election to the European Parliament. All sixty members of the Chamber of Deputies were elected for five years. The polls were topped by the Christian Social People's Party, which built upon its already high number of seats to achieve a commanding victory, with the highest vote share and number of seats of any party since 1954. General elections were held in Luxembourg on 14 October 2018. All 60 seats of the Chamber of Deputies were renewed. ''Luxemburger Wort'' is a German-language Luxembourgish daily newspaper. There is an English edition named the ''Luxembourg Times''. History and profile ''Luxemburger Wort'' has been published since 1848. The paper was founded just three days after press censorship was abolished.
