Dian Parkinson
Dianna Lynn Batts (born November 30, 1944) is an American former model and actress. From 1975 to 1993, Parkinson served as a model on ''The Price Is Right''. Career history In 1965, while living in Falls Church, Virginia, Parkinson won the Miss District of Columbia USA title and competed as Diana Batts in the Miss USA 1965 pageant, where she placed fourth runner-up. Parkinson won the 1965 Miss USA World contest. She went on to represent the United States in the international Miss World 1965 contest, and was first runner-up to Lesley Langley of the United Kingdom. Parkinson traveled during 1965 with the Bob Hope USO Show, including performances in Vietnam during late December 1965, and also served as Queen of the 1965 Bob Hope Desert Classic golf tournament. ''The Price Is Right'' is a television game show franchise created by Bob Stewart, originally produced by Mark Goodson and Bill Todman; currently it is produced and owned by Fremantle. Barbara Joan "Bobbi" Johnson (born March 24, 1945) is an American former computer application engineer and beauty pageant titleholder who held the Miss USA 1964 title and has competed in the Miss Universe pageant. After winning the Miss District of Columbia USA crown, Johnson went on to become the first representative from the District of Columbia to achieve the title of Miss USA, at age 19. She would be the only titleholder from the District until Shauntay Hinton won the crown in 2002. Johnson went on to compete in the Miss Universe 1964 pageant, where she made the semi-finals. Johnson later worked as an applications engineer in the computer department of General Electric to program GE 400-series and DATANET-30 computer systems. She was interviewed about her career choice in the book ''Your Career in Computer Programming'' published in 1967.
