Dharni (CT) is a Nagar Panchayat and Census Town city in Amravati district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is the headquarters of Dharni tehsil and forms the terminus of the high road through the hills from Paratwada to Burhanpur. It is distant from Paratwada and from Amravati.
