Devon Tower
The Devon Energy Center (also known as the Devon Tower) is a 50-story corporate skyscraper in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It is the tallest building in the city and state, though it has fewer floors than the 52-story BOK Tower in Tulsa. It is tied with Park Tower in Chicago as the 71st tallest building in the United States. Construction began October 6, 2009, and was completed in October 2012. The tower is located next to the historic Colcord Hotel, which Devon currently owns, on Sheridan Avenue between Hudson and Robinson Avenues. The office tower, a six-story rotunda, and a six-story podium structure comprise more than and was initially estimated to cost $750 million; however, the first formal appraisal of the tower and complex came in at only $707.9 million. Devon Energy Tower (Houston)
Two Allen Center is a 521 ft (159 m) tall skyscraper in Houston, Texas. It was completed in 1978 and has 36 floors. It is the 24th tallest building in the city. The building has travertine flooring and is Energy Star labelled. It is owned by Brookfield Properties. Two Allen Center hosts the headquarters of Houston-based national tax and business law firm Chamberlain Hrdlicka. Chamberlain Hrdlicka is located on the 13th and 14th floors. It was known as the Citicorp Building in 1989. During that year Exxon had office space there. Devon Energy had its Houston office in Two Allen Center. BancFirst Tower, is a signature office skyscraper in Oklahoma City's central business district. Previously known as Liberty Tower (the name it had upon completion), Bank One Tower then Chase Tower (BankOne later merging into JP Morgan, Chase), and most recently Cotter Ranch Tower/Cotter Tower, after real estate holdings owner James Cotter of San Antonio, Texas.
