Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows (abbreviated as D.R.U.G.S.) formed in 2010, is an American post-hardcore band from Pontiac, Michigan, United States. They released their debut self-titled album on February 22, 2011. The band were stylized as a ''supergroup'' before their break up in 2012. The band reformed in 2020 with Craig Owens, Jona Weinhofen, Aaron Patrick and Aaron Stechauner and they released their second album ''Destroy Rebuild'' on June 17, 2022. History Formation (2009–2010) The band was formed in late 2009/early 2010, after Craig Owens was let go by Chiodos. The band's members were announced in several YouTube video updates on Craig Owens' official YouTube page. Rain City Drive is an American post-hardcore band from Sacramento, California, United States, formed in 2014 under the name Slaves. They released three studio albums, '' Through Art We Are All Equals'' on June 24, 2014, '' Routine Breathing'' on August 21, 2015 and '' Beautiful Death'' on February 16, 2018 with founding member and original lead vocalist Jonny Craig. Craig departed from the band in 2019 and was replaced by Matt McAndrew, with whom they released their fourth studio album, '' To Better Days'' on August 7, 2020. I See Stars are an American electronicore band from Warren, Michigan formed in 2006. The band currently consists of lead vocalist Devin Oliver, guitarist Brent Allen, keyboardist and co-vocalist Andrew Oliver, and bass guitarist Jeff Valentine. Versa (stylized as VERSA) was an American rock duo formed in Port St. Lucie, Florida, in 2006, as VersaEmerge. The group consisted of Blake Harnage (guitar, vocals, and programming) and Sierra Kay (lead vocals). They had a revolving line-up, their most prolific being with bassist Devin Ingelido, who was a member from 2007 until 2011. Following self-releases, the band signed with record label Fueled by Ramen in late 2008 and released the '' VersaEmerge EP'' and their full-length debut '' Fixed at Zero'' (2010), which met with positive reviews from alternative critics. Craigery "Craig" Owens (born August 26, 1984) is an American musician best known as the lead vocalist of Chiodos. A supergroup is a musical group whose members are successful as solo artists or as members of other successful groups. Post-hardcore
Post-hardcore is a punk rock music genre that maintains the aggression and intensity of hardcore punk but emphasizes a greater degree of creative expression. It was initially inspired by post-punk and noise rock. Like post-punk, the term has been applied to a broad constellation of groups. Matthew Aaron Good (born February 11, 1984) is an American musician, singer and record producer. He is best known for being the lead guitarist, lead vocalist and the only constant member of the post-hardcore band From First to Last from its conception in 1999 until now. He was formerly the guitarist of grindcore band The Color of Violence, which featured future From First to Last members Travis Richter, Derek Bloom, and Joey Antillon. He joined Chiodos vocalist Craig Owens' band, D.R.U.G.S., eventually moving on to produce music under the name Kit Fysto with friend AJ Calderon. He currently owns and operates a music recording studio in Tempe, Arizona called Good Sounds and plays guitar in From First to Last. Jona Weinhofen
Jona Weinhofen (born 1 January 1983) is an Australian musician. He was the lead guitarist for metalcore band I Killed the Prom Queen, rhythm guitarist for British band Bring Me the Horizon from 2009 to 2013 and the guitarist for Californian band Bleeding Through from 2007 to 2009. In September 2021, he joined Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows alongside Craig Owens. Musical career Jona Weinhofen formed metalcore band I Killed the Prom Queen in Adelaide in 2000 with drummer JJ Peters.
