Louise Huff
Louise Huff (November 14, 1895 – August 22, 1973) was an American actress of the silent film era. Biography Huff was a descendant of former President of the United States, President James Knox Polk. She began her acting career at the age of 15 and toured in productions of ''Ben-Hur'' and ''Graustark.'' She made her motion picture debut in 1913 with ''In the Bishop's Carriage'' and ''Caprice''. Louise joined Lubin Manufacturing Company, Lubin Studios in 1913 where she worked with actor and director Edgar Jones. She married Jones in 1914 and they had a daughter, Mary Louise in 1915. In 1916 she secured the ingenue role opposite Jack Pickford in the Booth Tarkington comedy ''Seventeen (1916 film), Seventeen''. Huff was featured in motion pictures produced by Famous Players-Lasky and Paramount Pictures, and continued in films until 1922. Eddie Sturgis (1881–1947), also known as Edwin Sturgis, Ed Sturgis, or Edward Sturgis, was an American character actor of the silent and sound film eras. His career began in the 1916 film, '' The Lost Bridegroom'', which starred John Barrymore. In his twenty-three year career, he appeared in over fifty films, mostly in supporting or smaller roles. His final performance would be in the 1939 Joe E. Brown vehicle, ''Beware, Spooks!'', in a minor role. Sturgis died on December 13, 1947 in Los Angeles, California. John Bryn Williams (born 1977), known as John B, is an English disc jockey and electronic music producer. He is widely recognised for his eccentric clothing and wild hair and his production of several cutting edge drum and bass tracks. Tammany Young (September 9, 1886 – April 26, 1936) was an American stage and film actor. Early life Born in New York City, Young appeared on Broadway in ''The Front Page'' (1928) by Ben Hecht and ''The New Yorkers'' (1930) by Herbert Fields and Cole Porter. He was considered a "good luck actor" by Broadway producers. He was often cast in bit parts by the likes of The Shuberts, Jed Harris and David Belasco to bring luck to their productions. His reputation in the theater business was such that his likeness was drawn in caricature by Alex Gard for Sardi's restaurant.
