The Democratic Party of Guam is a political party in Guam affiliated with the U.S. Democratic Party. Michael Franklin Quitugua San Nicolas (born January 30, 1981) is a Guamanian Democratic Party politician, who served as the delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives for from 2019 to 2023.
